4.3 Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, and delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days for standard shipping within Pakistan. These times may vary based on holidays, sales periods, or other external factors.
4.4 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID and a link to track your package.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We offer a return policy on most of our products within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
5.2 Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
5.3 Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
